How to advertise in our magazine
The magazine has a circulation of 585 copies each month, and is
delivered to every home in Atworth. There are also a number of subscribers
outside the village who receive a copy by post. If you would like to
subscribe, please contact Don Coote our distribution person:
distribution@atworth.org.uk.
All advertising copy for the magazine must always be sent
direct to the Editor,
and must be received on or before the 12th of the month preceding cover
date to be assured of inclusion.
Copy received after the copy date is not likely to be included,
as we work to a very constrained production cycle.
Please ensure that you include a fixed line telephone number, a contact
name, and postal address for invoicing.

The magazine page size is A5, and we offer the following
sizes:
If you click on a link, you can see exactly what size and shape
your advertisement will be in the magazine. If you are designing your
advertisement yourself, you must take the shape and size into account, so that
we don't have to squash your advertisement into an odd shape in order to fit
it into the advertisement format that you have chosen.
Remember that the magazine is currently printed in monochrome
greyscale (that is "black, white and grey"). If you send us an advertisement in
colour, you may be surprised when you see it! For example, red and blue show
excellent contrast in colour, but they may look the same in grey scale.
Therefore it is better to convert your advertisement to grey scale before
sending it, or at least, look at it in greyscale, so that you get no
unpleasant surprises!
Except for eighth page, we offer discounts where an advertisement is booked into a
series of six or twelve consecutive issues of the magazine. The charges are as
follows, per issue booked:

Please ensure that you include with your advertising copy a
fixed line telephone number, a contact name, and a postal address for invoicing.
To be assured of your advertising booking, please pay
your invoice by return of post.
Your invoice
will include the address to which your payment must be sent. If you wish to
have a receipt for your payment, it is necessary to include a stamped
addressed envelope with your payment.
You are permitted to make up to 2 changes of copy for
advertisement series of 6, and up to 4 changes for series of 12, provided changes are received on or before the copy date.
